  • 90% of the time when a New Guest comes in for a service our appointment lasts much longer than a standard Returning Client's appointment does, and it also requires extra color and treatments to ensure a gorgeous result.

    Each package's price reflects all the services and extra time and product needed to complete those looks PLUS a Haircut & Style to ensure your new look comes together perfectly.

  • I recommend most New Guests get a haircut or trim so your new color can look its best. The wrong haircut can negatively impact the results of your color. However, you can let me know at your appointment if you want to skip the haircut or trim and we can do bond building, hydration or scalp treatment instead.

    The blow dry cannot be skipped as we need to dry the hair to make sure you love your new color before you leave!

  • On average, maintenance appointments needs to be scheduled every 8-10 weeks.

    We will go over your hair goals and create a maintenance plan during your consultation. If you plan to go an extended amount of time (6+ months) between your maintenance sessions than what’s recommended (8-10 weeks), please note that your maintenance session may be treated as a New Guest appointment again.

    Any Guest that I have not seen in more than one year will be considered a new client.

  • On average, the cost of a maintenance appointment costs about $135-$185+.

    We will go over your hair goals and create a maintenance plan during your consultation.
